➤ Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;
➤ 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration, working with Windows Server environments and network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs);
➤ Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server;
➤ Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware;
➤ Ability to ensure the security of user accounts, servers, and network equipment; experience with VPN and firewall solutions (e.g., SonicWall, FortiGate);
➤ Strong skills in TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and Windows Server administration;
➤ Solid knowledge of networking, communication, and file transfer protocols, as well as Windows administration;
➤ Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and attention-to-detail skills;
➤ One or more certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA would be an advantage.
